3. Structure and composition

RP-910A Reflective Film Release Paper Peelability Tester is mainly composed of heavy hammer and other parts. (Optional for length measuring tool and time interval measuring instrument).

4. Operation steps

Cut a 25mm×150mm reflective film sample, place a 6600g±33g weight that meets the requirements of JT/T687 on it, subject the reflective film to a pressure of 17.2kPa, and then place it in a space of 70℃±2℃ for 4h. Take out the reflective film and let it cool to room temperature under standard test conditions. After the test, the reflective film does not need to be soaked with water or other solvents, and the release paper can be easily peeled off by hand, and there is no damage, such as damage, tearing, or taking off the adhesive from the reflective film.

5.1 In order to ensure the accuracy of the test weight, it should be properly kept and inspected regularly;
